Q.  What is LDM's Shipping Policy:
A.  Our normal method of shipments is UPS.  We can utilize other methods at the customers' request.  Shipping takes approximately 5-7 working days (M-F) to go from California to the eastern seaboard.  Midwest is approximately 4 days.

Q.  Why is my order not showing a confirmation:
A.  Due to the sensitive nature of the equipment we sell, LDM verifies every order before anything is ever processed.  We do not collect any money until merchandise is shipped.

Billing address of order must be the same as address of credit card bill statement. The only exception that LDM has is when the order is being shipped to a military, fire/police department, or university address.
